About this Gallery: My time at Haywood Community College, in the Professional Crafts department, studying with Catharine Ellis, helped me bring together several disparate skills and experiences to craft my small business. These early garments, dating from1995-96, were the first group of pieces I made, after graduation. I’m still using these classic patterns in my garment line.
