The thirteen works of fiber art on display are by Guild Member, Elizabeth Garlington. “These pieces were crafted specifically for this exhibit and with great intention and planning—from fabric pulls, to patterns and color, to the size and dimensions of each work. I believed it important that my body of work for Inspiration speak to the very tradition that inspired me to become a fiber artist twenty-four years ago—the beauty and visual impact of the traditional Churn Dash and Nine Patch quilt block patterns.” states Garlington. Inspiration is on display now until November 15, 2022.
