“I drew these plates in Brookgreen Gardens in SC many years ago. A great blue heron flew into one of the trees just as I was finishing the last plate.
I finished printing this edition of 95 hand-pulled, signed and numbered intaglios and 6 working proofs, 11 trail proofs and 9 proofs.”
