Stan and Sue Jennings, owners of Allegheny Treenware make all of their pieces from quality West Virginia hardwoods.  The most commonly used species are cherry, maple, birch, beech, and walnut.  If you would like a particular color of wood, please leave a note in your order.  Care instruction cards for each utensil will be enclosed.
