Artist John Dickens has been carving wood for 48 years.  John wrote, “each time I do an animal, I want to do it in a different pose so I can learn more about its anatomy and how it moves and behaves.”  His primary subjects are the local songbirds found at his backyard bird feeder, animals, fish, people and reliefs.
